Our Mini Makeover is designed to give you a beautiful, confidence-boosting transformation and includes professional makeup application, hairstyling (styling only — haircuts, colour, and chemical hair treatments are not included), before-and-after photographs (2–5 professional photos), and, with your permission, the opportunity to have your transformation featured on our social media platforms.
Please note: the hairstyling included in the Mini Makeover is styling only. It does not include a haircut, hair colour, highlights, or any other hair treatment.

Our Mini Makeover Package is R2,999, and includes a 2-hour professional makeup application, a false lash set, basic hairstyling, and beautifully edited before & after photos. Please view our latest Price List for pricing on our other services, or contact our team if you have any questions.

We offer two packages: our Silver Package at R4,999 (excludes a hair and makeup trial) and our Gold Package at R6,499 (includes a 1-hour makeup trial and a 1.5-hour hair trial with Alecia). We recommend trials at least 2 months before your event.

Yes. UBELLA offers both private one-on-one makeup workshops and group workshops on selected Saturdays, designed to help women build confidence and improve their makeup skills in a supportive environment. Please WhatsApp our office at +27 67 060 5687 for available dates.

Our Group Makeup Workshop is R2,999 per person, for groups of 4 to 8 people over 4 to 6 hours. Our One-on-One Makeup Workshop is R6,999 for a private 2 to 3 hour session.

You'll be asked to bring along all your own makeup, including brushes and sponges. These are first assessed to ensure all necessary items are on hand — if something is missing, Alecia will make recommendations. You'll then be taught how to use your products and tools properly to achieve your desired look.

Part 1: We start by going through all the makeup you currently own. There's no need to be shy about the contents of your makeup bag — most women only use five items from their entire collection.

Part 2: We cover some top-line theory, looking at why we use makeup and what goal we should be striving to achieve in its application.

Part 3: We dive deeper with a more in-depth explanation of the different types of products and tools in the makeup industry, including the difference between high-end and drugstore products, product lifespans and price variations, and what to use for different skin types.

Part 4: Finally, the fun part — a step-by-step practical application of your makeup with Alecia, covering how to hold your brushes, what angles to apply at, and how to shape your face. You'll learn a basic day look and how to transform it into a more dramatic evening look.

Please bring all your own makeup products to the workshop. This allows Alecia to assess what you have and make recommendations if needed.

Each workshop is limited to 8 participants to ensure personalised attention.

Yes! The workshop is suitable for beginners. No prior experience is required, and everything will be explained step by step so you feel comfortable and confident.

No, a certificate is not provided for this workshop — you will learn how to do your own makeup.

Yes. Bookings for all services excluding bridal hair and makeup (e.g. Mini Makeovers, professional hair and/or makeup, makeup workshops, etc.) must be paid in full via EFT on the day of booking in order to secure your appointment date and time.

No. Payment must be made via EFT prior to your appointment date. No cash payments will be accepted on the day of your appointment.

Weddings: to reduce services, a minimum of 2 months' notice is required — after this, the full amount remains payable. Cancelling the entire booking less than 2 months before the wedding requires full payment, and deposits become non-refundable after the 2-month window.

UBELLA Services — General Bookings: no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 working days of your scheduled appointment. However, you will receive a UBELLA voucher to the value of your booking, valid for 3 months from the original appointment date.

Matric Dance Bookings: no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the appointment date.

You are allowed to reschedule your booking once, and only if there is availability.

We work on a very tight schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee the full experience (photos/videos may be skipped). If you are more than 30 minutes late, we will not be able to accommodate you, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

If you don't show up, you will forfeit your appointment and will not be allowed to reschedule.

If your payment didn't go through, please check that your card details are correct and that your bank hasn't declined the transaction. You can try again or contact our support team with your payment details, and we'll help you complete your order.
